Add practice form

There is a fee of €20 per year for adding your details, which covers multiple practices for each osteopath on the list. You will be charged from the date your practice information appears on the website, with the fee recurring every year on that date unless you do not want to renew, in which case your details will be removed from this website after one year.

You must have completed phases 1-7 of the Osteopathic Biodynamic curriculum taught by a faculty member of the Traditional Osteopathic (Biodynamic) curriculum by Dr. James Jealous, D.O., for a full listing.

If you have completed phases 1-4 you can still be listed on the website with the 📖 symbol to show that you are completing the biodynamic syllabus, and an explanation in your profile. When you have completed all seven phases you can apply for this symbol to be removed from your listing.

When you click on “Pay”, you will see a message verifying that the form has been submitted, and you will be sent an e-mail receipt for your payment immediately.

Please notify us of any change in your data so that it can be updated on our website. This service is included in your annual payment.
